We have a Quality Assurance Policy which is regularly reviewed by our Management Team. We operate a number of quality assurance processes that enhance service provision and the delivery of positive outcomes for our residents. Our staff are Quality Assurance trained and we promote the application of methods learned into every day practice.
We received excellent inspection reports from the Care Inspectorate in our last report. We use the Care Inspectorate self-assessment forms as working tools and they are completed with input from residents, relatives and staff.
In addition to this we use auditing tools for most functions that are carried out at the House to ensure that we are effective and efficient in achieving positive outcomes, these include regular care plan audits, maintenance audits, falls audits and environment audits.
We work closely across departments in order to deliver our high quality of care provision and use a number of methods to continually review our performance internally.
