Our experienced staff are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our residents. Individual care that meets our residents’ needs and wishes is at the heart of everything we do.
The majority of our team are trained to SVQ levels 2, 3 and 4, creating a varied mix of skills amongst that staff. All our staff are SSSC registered and receive regular training that meets National Standards in training and qualifications. When we recruit new team members we ensure that proper references are secured and that all new staff are given appropriate induction training.
Rosemary Walker and Abderrahim Jebbari have run David Cargill House since 1998 using their experience of more than 45 years in the care sector to ensure that residents receive the best care for their needs.
